Use these forms to submit information about all events or community groups so that they can be properly promoted.
Events: Annual picnics, monthly breakfasts, upcoming outings, etc, should use the 'event' form
Community Groups: Bible Studies, ABFs, prayer groups, etc. should use the 'Community Groups' form.
For any changes, cancellations, or corrections for an event or group that has already been submitted, select 'Update'
Annual events need to be submitted as a new event every year. Weekly or monthly events can be submitted once as a reoccurring event if the information is the same for all occurrence (ie always at the same place at the same time)
