First Foundations is for young couples and new families — the years when you’re laying the groundwork for everything that comes after. Some of us have kids, some don’t, and neither is the price of admission. The marriage, the habits, and the faith you’re building now are what the rest of it rests on, and that’s worth building alongside people in the same season.
Expect to find mostly couples in their 20s and 30s, though anyone is welcome.
