PG-13 Warning for This Sunday's Services
This Sunday (March 15), we are continuing our journey through the book of Genesis as we dive into Chapter 19.
While we believe all Scripture is profitable, this particular passage contains some heavy and explicit themes—including sexual content—that would likely carry a PG-13 rating if it were on a screen.
We wanted to give you a heads-up so you can decide what is best for your family:
You Know Your Kids Best: Children are always welcome in the sanctuary! If you feel your older children are ready to engage with these tougher parts of the Bible, we’d love to have them.
Kids Programming: As a reminder, we offer dedicated kids' programming during the service for all children 4th grade and younger. If you’d prefer they skip this week’s sermon, our team is ready to provide them with a fun, age-appropriate environment.
Our goal is to handle the Word of God faithfully while respecting the role of parents as the primary disciples of their kids. We look forward to seeing you Sunday!
